Tried ordering a 2 1/2' receiver off of the website but it wouldn't let me and said to call for availability and to confirm size. It took multiple phone calls to get ahold of someone. The person I spoke to was nice and helpful and made my order but when I received my hitch there was no pin. After calling to see where the pin was they said it was a separate order. I would think salesman would be trained to ask if you need a pin to go with it. I even explained to the person I bought a new truck and had a race to go to and needed the new hitch for the rack I already have so I could use it to for an upcoming race. Product is awesome but very frustrating on ordering something to use the rack It shouldn't be so hard to get a receiver hitch.
